Monthly stocktaking at cocoa beans processing plant

On Monday 9/28, 2 days before month-end, I spend the morning doing stocktaking with Odyssée (internal audit) and material accounting colleagues. That was quiet exhausting as we passed, from 7AM to 1PM, through the complete process of the plant, from cocoa beans silos to stocks of finished products (liquor, kibbles, cake, butter and of course cocoa powder). Lunch at workers canteen. Great morning!
